Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All orders ship free to addresses in the 50 US states, with no minimum order.
Processing: orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Delivery: most items arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Some items ship from our international partner warehouse and arrive in 8–12 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown on every product page.
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email contact@my-house-store.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you order. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email contact@my-house-store.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. For hygiene reasons, opened cleaning products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged.
